• 10+ years of enterprise software and distributed systems experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and evolve scalable full‑stack software solutions for reporting, workflow automation, analytics, and predictive capabilities.
• Lead technical design and contribute to architecture decisions for distributed, data‑intensive systems.
• Partner with product and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
• Own delivery outcomes by estimating work, sequencing initiatives, identifying risks, and driving execution to completion.
• Apply modern development practices and AI‑assisted tools to improve code quality and performance.
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, and operations to deliver reliable software.
• Ensure secure and resilient deployments through monitoring and observability.
• Improve engineering standards and patterns to raise platform quality.
• Mentor engineers through design/code reviews and knowledge sharing.
