Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience in product/launch management.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• PMP Certification or equivalent is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to navigate a highly-matrixed organization and gain trust across multiple layers.
• Customer-focused with a strong sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and communicate product launch plans with milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Identify cross-functional stakeholders and their launch plan tasks/deliverables.
• Ensure all stakeholders understand their needs and commitments for each launch.
• Anticipate issues, explore contingencies, and provide escalation management.
• Advocate for all stakeholders to ensure they have the support to succeed.
• Ensure a strong customer journey by involving internal stakeholders early.
• Coordinate with leaders across functions to synchronize timelines.
• Collaborate with Launch Management to improve tools and processes.
