Linear is a remote-first company building the product development system for teams. This Customer Success Manager role focuses on onboarding, ongoing support, and enabling customers to realize value from Linear while driving satisfaction and retention.

The position is open to North America-based candidates and supports async collaboration with optional co-working and occasional travel. You’ll work with key stakeholders, become a product expert, and advocate for customers across product,

Competenze

• 3+ years in a technical customer-facing role.
• SaaS and startup experience in fast-paced environments.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience coordinating with product and engineering teams.

Mansioni

• Develop and maintain relationships with mid-market customers as primary contact.
• Become a product expert and help customers use Linear to drive outcomes.
• Lead onboarding and training to expand usage within accounts.
