Job summary

RXinsider LTD. is seeking an Account Manager in the Midwest region (IL, IN, OH, KY) to drive new sales and renewals of Research Intelligence SaaS solutions, including analytics and AI tools.

You will partner with academic and research institutions, engage senior stakeholders, and coordinate with Customer Success, Product Management, and Marketing to maximize renewal rates. This role emphasizes consultative selling, cross-selling, and strategic account planning across an international matrix

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of direct sales experience with consultative, complex solution sales.
• Experience selling enterprise software in an international matrixed organization.
• Ability to build relationships with senior executives and diverse stakeholders.
• Background in or collaboration with research administration and management functions.

Responsibilities

• Attain bookings targets for Research Intelligence solutions portfolio.
• Apply a consultative approach to translate client needs into pragmatic propositions.
• Formulate and execute account strategies across all levels of accounts.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce records and review sales forecasts.
• Provide market feedback to inform product development and GTM strategy.
• Participate in trade shows and conferences with defined outcomes.
• Synthesize information from multiple sources to guide decisions.
• Nurture relationships with key decision-makers to support strategic objectives.
