Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field.
• 8+ years in a supply chain or production role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years of experience managing a direct team.
• Own complex value chains, coordinate across internal parties for on-time deliveries.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, Netsuite) and CRM (Salesforce).
• Willingness to relocate to Costa Mesa, CA and travel up to 25%.
• Ability to read technical documentation, CAD data, and hardware processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute supply and demand plans aligning with sales forecasts and strategy.
• Lead the planning team to ensure efficient execution of planning activities.
• Collaborate via S&OP with sales, operations, and finance to gather data.
• Distill complex scenarios for executives to inform strategic decisions.
• Manage inventory to meet service targets while minimizing excess.
• Monitor supplier performance and address disruptions proactively.
• Improve planning processes and implement planning tools for visibility.
• Define KPIs for Supply & Demand Planning functions.
• Prepare reports on program performance, inventory metrics, and risk.
• Support new product launches with material readiness and timing.
