Job summary

Lodge Cast Iron in South Pittsburg, Tennessee is hiring a Senior Manager, Integrated Planning & Procurement to lead S&OP and cross-functional alignment across demand, supply, and purchasing. You will mentor a team and partner with internal customers to translate business plans into executable sourcing and production strategies.

Based in our hybrid campus, the role focuses on optimizing inventory, total cost, and supplier continuity while driving enterprise-wide planning excellence for a heritage

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Engineering, Finance, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years progressive experience in supply chain, planning, procurement, sourcing, or operations.
• Demonstrated leadership experience with cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of S&OP, demand planning, and procurement.
• Experience with global sourcing and supplier management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own the S&OP process, including demand and supply planning reviews.
• Coach and develop demand planning and procurement professionals.
• Establish metrics, governance, and accountability across planning and procurement.
• Develop sourcing strategies to optimize cost, quality, and continuity.
• Partner with finance, product development, and operations to balance service, inventory, and working capital.
• Drive continuous improvement in planning, inventory management, and supplier performance.
