Job summary

The role requires 8+ years in S&OP or supply chain, a Bachelor's degree, advanced Excel, Power BI, Oracle ERP, and strong executive communication to present risks and opportunities to leadership.

Travel to manufacturing locations is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in S&OP, supply chain, demand planning, supply planning, operations, manufacturing, or business planning.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional business processes involving sales, operations, product management, finance, and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly S&OP process for demand, supply, inventory, and executive reviews.
• Develop a consensus operating plan aligning revenue, demand, supply, capacity, and inventory.
• Drive executive decisions on tradeoffs, capacity investments, and inventory strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional planning meetings and track actions.
• Partner with Sales, Product Mgmt, Marketing and BU leaders to develop robust forecasts.
• Assess market trends and new product introductions for planning inputs.
• Improve forecast accuracy via data-driven analysis.
• Identify opportunities to improve inventory turns and working capital.
