Job summary

CHEP USA is seeking a Manager, Procurement Inventory Planning to own strategic procurement, inventory optimization, and demand planning across North America. You will lead sourcing initiatives, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and drive cost and operational excellence for 140+ service centers.

Responsibilities include ensuring timely monthly/daily planning, coordinating with S&OP, and guiding lumber-related procurement across North America.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement planning and demand across multi-facility operations.
• Project management certification or experience would be beneficial.
• Lean Six Sigma certification is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely execution of monthly and daily planning needs for the business.
• Partner with S&OP to align forecasts with demand and PO requirements.
• Liaise between internal stakeholders, suppliers, IT and vendors to ensure efficiency.
• Communicate changes with key stakeholders.
• Train and mentor procurement ops members and stakeholders.
• Track and report critical KPIs.
