Job summary

ZT Systems seeks a Lead Technical Program Manager for New Business Enablement & RFP to frame boundary conditions and model full operational scope for new opportunities. You will drive standard frameworks across direct hyperscale channels and partner streams, coordinating with engineering and plant leadership in TX, NJ, and the Netherlands.

As a technical leader, you will guide multi-site solution engineering, socialize insights with executives, and optimize RFP responses while focusing on cost

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, systems engineering, supply chain management, or related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in engineering, TPM, manufacturing operations, or technical solutions architecture (or 6+ years with a Master’s).
• Demonstrated experience in high‑reliability hardware manufacturing, server assembly, EMS/ODM, or hyperscale cloud infrastructure environments.
• Proven track record of modeling operational scope, capacity limits, facility footprint constraints, and financial trade-offs for new customer proposals.

Responsibilities

• Ingest projects end-to-end, defining business needs and socializing insights with executive leadership and planning teams.
• Manage multi-channel RFP intake and governance framework for hyperscale cloud opportunities.
• Develop and maintain boundary condition and constraint models (footprint, line rates, power, cooling, test load, lead-time).
• Quantify total operational resource requirements for new business opportunities (space, CapEx, labor, P&L).
• Lead cross-site solution engineering with local teams across TX, NJ, and the Netherlands.
• Refine commercial ideas, generate hypotheses, analyze manufacturing data for RFP responses.
• Lead analytical workstreams to evaluate cost drivers and guide pricing decisions.
• Coach junior team members and foster a culture of learning and growth.
• Operate with urgency in fast-moving environments.
