Job summary

ZT Systems, a Sanmina Company, seeks a Lead Technical Program Manager for S&OP: Capacity & Ops Strategy within the Global Operations Readiness team. You will design, deploy, and orchestrate the multi-horizon S&OP framework that translates complex demand signals into clear operational options for capacity planning.

You will lead cross-functional teams to synthesize multi-channel demand into dynamic models, evaluate footprint, floor space, and power limits, and champion data-driven improvements

Qualifications

• 8+ years in engineering, S&OP, capacity planning, or technical program management.
• Experience with high-reliability hardware or hyperscale cloud infrastructure preferred.
• Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable P&L insights and CapEx ROI.
• Strong communication and cross-functional influence without formal authority.
• Proficiency with capacity modeling and scenario planning.

Responsibilities

• Ingest projects end-to-end, define business needs, and socialize insights to leadership.
• Drive multi-stream demand ingestion, reconciling forecasts into a unified baseline.
• Build dynamic capacity and scenario models (2-24 months) and assess constraints.
• Conduct What-If ROI analyses translating variables into financial impact.
• Lead monthly S&OP capacity reviews across functions.
