• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, systems engineering, supply chain management, or related field; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ingest projects end-to-end, define needs, develop strategies, socialise S&OP insights to leadership.
• Drive multi-stream demand ingestion, reconcile forecasts into a single baseline.
• Build dynamic 3–24 month capacity and scenario models; assess line rates and power/cooling limits.
• Perform What-If analyses translating variables into CapEx and margin impact.
• Lead monthly S&OP capacity reviews with cross-functional teams.
• Evaluate technology shifts and future-proof manufacturing methods and machines.
• Create CapEx business cases for facility expansion and automation.
• Improve S&OP models and data structures for short- and long-term planning.
• Mentor junior engineers and program managers toward engineering excellence.
• Operate with urgency to meet customer needs in fast-moving environments.
