Job summary

ZT Systems, a Sanmina Company, seeks a Lead Technical Program Manager for S&OP Capacity & Ops Strategy. You will design and deploy a multi-horizon S&OP framework, transforming complex demand signals into actionable capacity plans.

You will guide a cross-functional team, model capacity constraints, and translate data into executive-level recommendations. You will lead data-driven CapEx business cases for facility expansion, tooling, and automation, ensuring factory readiness for fast-changing AI

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, systems engineering, supply chain management, or related field.
• Master's degree or MBA preferred.
• 8+ years in engineering, S&OP, capacity planning, or technical program management.

Responsibilities

• Ingest projects end-to-end, define business needs, develop strategies, and socialize S&OP insights to leadership and plant operations.
• Drive multi-stream demand ingestion, reconciling forecasts into a single baseline.
• Build and maintain 3- to 24-month capacity and scenario models (line rates, floor space, power, cooling).
• Conduct What-If analyses translating variables into CapEx ROI and gross margin impact.
• Lead monthly S&OP capacity reviews across Sales, Ops, Engineering, Finance, and partners.
