Job summary

ZT Systems is seeking a Lead Technical Program Manager, New Business Enablement & RFP to drive operational boundaries and quantify the full scope of new customer opportunities. You will define footprints, capabilities, manpower, and financial terms to ensure accurate commitments before proposals are made.

You will partner with engineering and plant leadership across TX, NJ, and the Netherlands to architect feasible manufacturing solutions, mentor junior staff, and lead cross-site solution

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years in engineering, technical program management, or similar roles.
• Experience in high-reliability hardware manufacturing or hyperscale infra.
• Ability to model scope, footprint and financial trade-offs for proposals.
• Experience across distributed manufacturing campuses and commercial groups.

Responsibilities

• Ingest projects end-to-end, define business needs and socialise insights with leaders.
• Manage multi-channel RFP intake and governance for hyperscale opportunities.
• Develop boundary condition models: footprint, line rates, power, cooling, lead times.
• Quantify resource needs and translate specs into CapEx, labor, and P&L impacts.
• Lead cross-site solution engineering with teams in TX, NJ, and the Netherlands.
• Refine commercial ideas, generate hypotheses, and analyze data for RFPs.
• Lead analytical workstreams to evaluate cost drivers and pricing decisions.
• Influence stakeholders from engineers to executives to align on value.
• Represent factory capabilities during early engagements and RFP cycles.
• Improve RFP tools, models, and response frameworks continuously.
• Coach junior staff and foster a culture of learning and growth.
• Operate with urgency in fast-moving, high-pressure environments.
