Job summary

3 Eagle Elite Roofing & Restoration, a Houston-based roofing contractor, seeks a results-driven sales professional to manage two areas: long-cycle business development with homebuilders and fast-moving reroofing sales to homeowners and commercial clients.

The role combines a base salary with uncapped commissions, mileage reimbursement, and an optional path into sales leadership. Travel across the Greater Houston area is expected; construction and CRM experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Proven record of closing B2B or in-home sales.
• Fluent professional English, speaking and writing.
• Working knowledge of construction to discuss scope.
• Ability to manage long and short sales cycles.
• CRM proficiency and organized pipeline.
• Valid Texas driver’s license and willingness to travel daily across the Greater Houston area.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with homebuilders, developers, and general contractors.
• Identify decision makers and navigate bid cycles, insurance, and procurement.
• Close residential and commercial reroofing and repair opportunities.
• Coordinate with estimating to price accurately and protect margins.
• Build a referral network among property managers, real estate professionals, and insurers.
