Ideal candidates bring 3+ years roofing sales, strong leadership, and a proven mix of retail and insurance sales with a track record in lead generation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years residential roofing experience
• 2+ years leadership experience in building/managing teams
• Proven success in retail and insurance roofing sales
• Strong lead generation via networking, door-knocking and referrals
• Base Salary + Commissions, Vehicle & Fuel Card, Health benefits, PTO and 401k

Responsibilities

• Lead a sales team to hit and exceed goals
• Drive field sales through D2D, networking and referrals
• Develop and execute strategies to grow Houston territory
• Onboard and support team with back-office and leadership alignment
• Ensure high client satisfaction with quality roofing solutions
