Job summary

Roofing Talent America LTD is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager for industrial roofing and building envelope services. You will own key Gulf Coast accounts and drive new business across the US, leveraging existing relationships with contractors, engineering firms and plant owners.

The role offers a $130,000 base salary plus commission, with opportunities to pursue major projects supported by bonding capacity, and travel about 40%. Houston presence preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in industrial construction, energy, petrochemical, power, LNG or related markets.
• Ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships with general contractors and plant owners.
• Experience selling services in the industrial sector and managing multi-site accounts.

Responsibilities

• Own existing Gulf Coast accounts and drive new business across the US.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to win opportunities and expand the customer base.
