Renewal by Andersen is seeking a Senior Manager, Risk & Compliance to lead enterprise risk, regulatory compliance, safety governance, and insurance programs across a multi-state organization. You will partner with Operations, Human Resources, Finance, Legal, Safety, and field leadership to identify risk and build scalable programs that support the business.

This role reports to the VP of People & Culture and requires 8+ years in risk management, 5+ years of leadership, and a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field.
• 8+ years in risk management, compliance, safety, insurance, or related functions.
• 5+ years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise risk management strategy and framework.
• Oversee regulatory compliance across multiple locations (federal, state, local).
• Manage insurance programs and claims.
• Develop policies, training, and governance for risk and compliance.
• Partner with leadership to mitigate risk and drive business improvements.
