Renewal by Andersen is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Risk & Compliance to lead enterprise risk management, regulatory compliance, and insurance programs across a multi-state organization.

This role partners with Operations, HR, Finance, Legal, Safety, and field leadership to identify risk, strengthen compliance, and build scalable programs that enable the business to grow while protecting people and assets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in risk management, compliance, safety, insurance, or related functions.
• 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading compliance initiatives across a multi-state organization.
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA compliance and workplace safety programs.
• Experience with DOT compliance, fleet regulations, and transportation-related risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise risk management strategy, framework, and dashboards.
• Oversee regulatory compliance across federal, state, and local regulations.
• Manage corporate insurance programs and claims management.
• Develop policies, training, and governance for risk and safety.
• Partner with executives to align risk programs with business strategy.
