Job summary

Renewal by Andersen seeks a Senior Manager, Risk & Compliance to lead enterprise risk management, regulatory compliance, and insurance programs across our multi-state operations. This role advises executive leadership and partners with Operations, HR, Finance, Legal, Safety, and field leaders to balance risk protection with business enablement.

You will own risk dashboards, KPIs, and crisis management processes while strengthening policies and controls.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in risk management, compliance, safety, insurance, or related functions.
• 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience leading compliance initiatives across a multi-state organization.
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA compliance and workplace safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise risk management strategy and framework.
• Oversee regulatory compliance across federal, state, and local regulations.
• Manage corporate insurance programs and claims management.
• Develop policies, training, and governance for risk management and safety.
• Partner with cross-functional leadership to mitigate risks and enable business growth.
