Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is seeking a Senior Manager, Risk & Compliance to lead enterprise risk management, regulatory compliance, and insurance programs across multiple states. You will partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to identify risks, implement controls, and drive scalable governance.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in risk or compliance, strong OSHA and DOT knowledge, and proven leadership in a multi-state environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 8+ years in risk management, compliance, safety, or related functions.
• 5+ years of leadership experience within a multi-state organization.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety programs.
• Experience with DOT compliance, fleet regulations, and transportation risk.
• Proven ability to translate complex regulations into practical policies and actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise risk management strategy, framework, and reporting.
• Oversee regulatory compliance across multiple locations and states.
• Manage insurance programs and claims, including Workers’ Comp and General Liability.
• Develop enterprise-wide risk, safety, and compliance policies and training.
• Partner with executives to balance risk mitigation with business enablement.
