Job summary

Renewal by Andersen in Idaho is seeking a Senior Manager, Risk & Compliance to lead enterprise risk management, regulatory compliance, safety governance, insurance, and claims across multiple states.

You will advise senior leadership, partner with Operations, HR, Finance, Legal, Safety, and field leaders to identify risk and build scalable programs that protect the business while enabling growth.

This is a high-visibility role reporting to the VP of People & Culture.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in risk management, compliance, safety, insurance, or related functions.
• 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading compliance initiatives across a multi-state organization.
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA compliance and workplace safety programs.
• Experience with DOT compliance, fleet regulations, and transportation-related risk.
• Experience overseeing corporate insurance programs and claims management.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise risk management strategy, framework, and reporting.
• Oversee regulatory compliance across multiple operating locations, including OSHA/DOT requirements.
• Manage corporate insurance programs and claims management.
• Develop enterprise-wide policies, training, and governance.
• Partner with senior leadership to align risk with business goals.
