Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Risk & Compliance to lead enterprise risk management, regulatory compliance, and insurance programs across a multi-state footprint. You will partner with senior leaders to identify risks, strengthen controls, and scale governance as the business grows.

The role requires 8+ years in risk/ compliance with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity, plus strong OSHA, DOT, and California regulatory knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in risk management, compliance, safety, insurance, or related functions.
• 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Proven experience leading compliance initiatives across a multi-state organization.
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA compliance and workplace safety programs.
• Experience with DOT compliance, fleet regulations, and transportation-related risk.
• Experience supporting operations in California and other highly regulated states.
• Strong analytical, investigative, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to translate complex regulations and risk issues into practical business solutions.
• Strong executive communication, presentation, and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the company’s enterprise risk management strategy and framework.
• Oversee compliance with federal, state, and local regulations across multiple locations.
• Lead internal compliance audits and coordinate responses to regulatory inquiries.
• Oversee corporate insurance programs and claims management.
• Develop enterprise-wide policies, training, and governance.
• Partner with leadership to align risk management with business strategy.
• Provide executive reporting on risks and emerging trends.
