Renewal by Andersen is seeking a Senior Manager, Risk & Compliance to lead enterprise risk, regulatory compliance, safety governance, insurance, and claims across multiple states. This leadership role partners with Operations, HR, Finance, Legal, Safety, and field leaders to identify risk, strengthen compliance, and build scalable programs that protect the business.

You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, translating complex regulations into practical policies while balancing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in risk management, compliance, safety, insurance, or related functions.
• 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience leading compliance initiatives across a multi-state organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead Enterprise Risk Management: develop and lead ERM strategy and framework.
• Own Regulatory Compliance: oversee compliance across locations and regulatory inspections.
• Manage Insurance & Claims: oversee corporate insurance programs and claims management.
• Build Policies, Training & Governance: develop enterprise-wide risk and compliance policies.
• Influence & Partner Across the Business: advise executive leadership and collaborate across functions.
