Job summary

Renewal by Andersen, the window replacement division of Andersen Corporation, seeks a Senior Manager, Risk & Compliance to lead enterprise risk, regulatory compliance, safety, and insurance programs across multiple states. You will partner with Operations, HR, Finance, Legal, Safety, and field leaders to balance protection with business enablement.

You will develop scalable programs, dashboards, and governance structures, report to senior leadership, and guide cross-functional teams on risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in risk management or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in risk management, compliance, safety, or related functions.
• 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience leading compliance initiatives across a multi-state organization.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA compliance and workplace safety programs.
• Experience with DOT compliance, fleet regulations, and transportation-related risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise risk management strategy and framework.
• Act as subject matter expert on risk, compliance, safety, and regulatory matters.
• Identify, assess, prioritize, and mitigate diverse risks across the organization.
• Develop risk dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting.
• Own enterprise crisis management response process.
• Oversee regulatory compliance across multiple locations and states.
