Job summary

Renewal by Andersen of Boise is seeking a Senior Manager, Risk & Compliance to lead enterprise risk, regulatory compliance, safety governance, and insurance/claims management as the organization grows across multiple states. This role reports to the VP of People & Culture and partners with Operations, Finance, Legal, Safety, and field leadership to balance protection with enabling growth.

You will build scalable risk programs, drive policy development, and lead audits and crisis management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in risk management or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in risk management, compliance, safety, insurance, or related functions.
• 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience leading compliance initiatives across a multi-state organization.
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA compliance and workplace safety programs.
• Experience with DOT compliance, fleet regulations, and transportation-related risk.
• Experience overseeing corporate insurance programs and claims management.
• Experience supporting operations in California and other highly regulated states.
• Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate complex regulations and risk issues into practical business solutions.
• Strong executive communication, presentation, and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise risk management strategy and framework.
• Serve as subject matter expert on risk, compliance, safety, and regulatory matters.
• Identify, assess, prioritize, and mitigate risks across operations, finance, legal, and safety.
• Develop risk dashboards and executive-level reporting.
• Own enterprise crisis management response.
• Oversee regulatory compliance across multiple locations.
• Lead internal compliance audits and responses to inquiries.
• Oversee insurance programs and claims management.
• Build enterprise-wide policies, programs, and training.
• Partner with leaders to reduce exposure and improve outcomes.
