Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Accounting Information Systems, or related program.
• CPA, CIA or equivalent designation required.
• 12+ years of risk advisory, internal/external audit, or related experience; industry experience preferred.
• 7+ years of supervisory experience with mentoring.
• Proven track record of building a Risk Advisory practice with revenue growth.
• Proven track record of new business development.
• Ability to lead and supervise others and deliver exceptional client service.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction with a focus on exceptional client service and firm growth.
• Translate vision into actionable plans and monitor progress.
• Lead marketing collaborations to pursue expansion and new clients.
• Coordinate resources to deliver high-quality services to clients.
• Ensure training, development and timely feedback for staff.
• Oversee profitability, rates and timely fee collection.
• Engage with client executives to identify and manage risks.
• Develop deep knowledge of clients' businesses through direct interaction.
• Offer strategic advice and implement processes addressing key risks.
• Assess risk across audits, ERM and SOX compliance.
• Review processes against frameworks and communicate issues to clients.
• Support new business opportunities and prepare proposals.
• Produce executive summaries and final reports per internal standards.
• Present findings effectively to internal and external audiences.
