You will translate vision into actionable plans, lead teams, develop business opportunities, supervise staff, and balance profitability with risk management across technology, real estate, life sciences, financial services and healthcare industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Accounting Information Systems, or related program.
• CPA, CIA or equivalent designation(s) required.
• Twelve (12)+ years of experience with risk advisory, internal/external audit, business process reengineering, or internal controls, with IT/real estate/life sciences/financial services/healthcare exposure preferred.
• Seven (7)+ years of supervisory experience, mentoring and counseling associates.
• Proven track record of building and growing a Risk Advisory practice and leading a team, client base, and revenue.
• Ability to lead, deliver exceptional client service and stay current on applicable strategies and ethics.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, management and strategic direction with a focus on exceptional client service and growth.
• Translate firm vision and strategy into an actionable business plan with clear objectives.
• Team with marketing to develop sales plans, pursue expansions and new clients, and participate in proposals.
• Coordinate firm resources to ensure the best products and services for clients.
• Ensure team members receive meaningful training, challenging work and timely feedback.
• Oversee profitability, effective utilization of personnel and timely fee collection.
• Work with client executives to understand their business and manage financial and operational risks.
• Develop deep knowledge of clients' businesses and industries through direct interaction across engagements.
• Provide strategic recommendations for business and process improvements based on client operations.
• Advise on new processes and controls addressing key risks.
• Assess and manage risk across ERM, SOX, and related domains.
• Review client processes against frameworks, identifying gaps and communicating issues.
• Lead new business development, sourcing, pursuing and winning risk advisory opportunities.
• Produce executive summaries and reports for client delivery and engagement documentation.
• Act as a trusted advisor, building relationships and delivering superior client service.
• Lead professional presentations to internal and external audiences.
