Empower LLC in Greenwood Village, CO seeks an experienced Writer Marketing for end-to-end RFP proposal creation across sectors including corporations, government, education, healthcare, and unions. You will independently manage strategies, content gathering, and drafting of proposals and qualification documents.

The role requires five to seven years in proposal development within retirement plan or professional services, with strong writing, editing, and project coordination skills.

Formación

• 5–7 years’ experience developing proposals in retirement plan services or professional services
• Understanding of investment and retirement terminology is desirable
• Thorough understanding of the proposal development process and coordinating all facets including editing, production, and quality control
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including grammar, punctuation, and formatting
• Strong organizational and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment
• Experience mentoring others and coordinating with subject experts

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the entire RFP process from receipt to submission within timelines
• Compose and edit proposal documents professionally with timely, high-quality responses
• Coordinate with sales and cross-functional teams to develop custom responses
• Work closely with subject matter experts
• Research client needs, industry trends, and competitor offerings
• Lead cross-functional projects and process enhancements
• Support complex project workloads with additional support for simpler projects as needed
• Peer review junior members’ work and train them as needed
• Maintain content library with updates and new Q&A pairings
• Update internal tracking systems for real-time reporting
• Other duties as assigned
