Job summary

Swing Education is seeking an experienced RFP writer to own opportunity-to-submission cycles, coordinating across sales, product, operations, legal, and finance. You will craft persuasive narratives, pricing exhibits, staffing plans, and required forms while maintaining a robust content library and compliance framework.

The role emphasizes deadlines, clarity, and persuasiveness to help schools secure partnerships with districts and charter networks. Fully remote within the United States.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience writing or coordinating proposals, RFP responses, or grants.
• Owns proposal end-to-end under deadline pressure with strong editing and synthesis skills.
• Coordinates input from sales, Legal, Finance, and Ops stakeholders.
• Experience with public-sector/K-12 procurement processes is a plus.
• APMP certification is a plus; Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Find opportunities worth pursuing by monitoring bid portals and notices.
• Run end-to-end bid processes: timeline, content, pricing, staffing, forms.
• Coordinate with account executives, product, ops, legal, and finance.
• Learn the product to write persuasively and keep content libraries current.
• Improve templates and processes to shorten turnaround and boost win rate.
