Empower Retirement, LLC is seeking a Writer for Marketing Proposals to manage the full proposal lifecycle across retirement plan services, education, and healthcare sectors. You will devise winning strategies, curate content, and craft compelling proposals with input from subject matter experts.

The role emphasizes independent handling of the proposal process, coordinating teams, and delivering timely, accurate responses while maintaining quality and compliance.

Formación

• BS/BA in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism or related discipline
• Minimum five to seven years’ experience developing proposals in retirement plan services or professional services
• Understanding of the proposal development process and coordinating all facets of the proposal process
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including grammar, punctuation, spelling, and formatting
• Excellent interpersonal, project management, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with MS Office applications and experience with Adobe Creative Suite; experience with content management software (Qvidian) preferred

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the entire RFP process from receipt to submission within timelines
• Compose and edit proposal documents ensuring high-quality responses
• Coordinate with sales and cross-functional teams to develop custom responses
• Work closely with subject matter experts
• Conduct research on client needs and industry trends
• Lead cross-functional projects and process improvements
• Mentor junior proposal team members and assist with content library maintenance
• Update internal tracking systems for real-time reporting
