Health Care Service Corporation is seeking a proposal writer to coordinate the RFP process and draft proposal-ready materials. You will work with a proposal writer or senior writer and collaborate across departments to ensure timely, accurate responses.

The role emphasizes creative business writing, effective communication, and strong project management. Remote work within the continental United States is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, English, Journalism or related field OR 4 years of proposal development or marketing experience.
• Demonstrated creative and business writing skills.
• PC skills and experience in Microsoft products.
• Verbal and written communication skills to complete Requests for Proposals, coordinates activities with many departments, and incorporates layman's terms in the proposal.
• Demonstrated project management, organizing, planning and scheduling.

Responsabilités

• Initiate writing and coordinate activities for the RFP process to ensure high-quality service.
• Coordinate with a proposal writer or senior proposal writer and other departments, ensuring follow-through to resolution.
• Draft proposal-ready response materials to use as reference for future proposals or internal requests.
