Job summary

52 Limited is seeking a Contract RFP Project Coordinator II to support coordination, development, and submission of RFPs for a healthcare insurance client. This role involves project management, proposal coordination, and cross-functional communication. Candidates must reside in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, or Utah and be willing to work Pacific Time Zone hours.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years' experience, strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting RFPs, proposal coordination, project coordination, or marketing operations.
• Excellent written communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders at multiple levels.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the full lifecycle of RFPs and proposal submissions.
• Track timelines, assignments, deliverables, and approvals.
• Translate technical information into polished proposal responses.
