Job summary

NAVEX is seeking a seasoned RFP Manager in a hybrid Charlotte, NC role to lead end-to-end responses for RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, leverage AI and automation to boost efficiency, and drive high-quality submissions that support revenue growth and NAVEX’s competitive position.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in proposal management, RFP, sales operations, revenue operations, project management, or related field.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools and automation to improve processes.
• Experience with proposal management platforms such as RFPIO, Loopio, Qvidian, or similar.
• Experience using generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Claude) to accelerate content creation and workflow.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of assigned RFPs, security questionnaires, and customer information requests from intake through submission.
• Develop response strategies, project plans, timelines, and stakeholder engagement plans to ensure high-quality submissions.
• Coordinate cross-functional contributors including Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, Legal, Security, Compliance, and Customer Success.
• Leverage AI-enabled proposal technologies and automation to reduce manual effort and improve response quality.
• Continuously identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and streamline workflows.
• Evaluate and implement AI and proposal management solutions to improve team productivity.
• Own and improve the proposal content library to ensure accuracy and reusability.
• Track proposal performance metrics such as win rates and turnaround times.
