You will manage daily operations, ensure resources are available, and collaborate across departments to drive client satisfaction and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in customer service or account management.
• Experience in a demanding, problem-solving environment.
• Assertive, analytical, and able to establish priorities.
• Reverse logistics or supply chain experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel and SAP familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Client Service Representatives to meet SLAs and deliver high quality service.
• Develop and maintain strong communication and relationships with clients, balancing expectations with operational output.
• Manage operational reporting for each client, including data for invoicing and forecasting monthly volumes.
• Coordinate with key decision makers across departments to align client needs with business goals.
• Review SOWs, monitor daily activities to ensure SLAs are met, and track performance via weekly scorecards.

Job Description

As a Reverse Logistics Account Manager at Arvato, you will play a critical role in ensuring client satisfaction by overseeing a team responsible for meeting and exceeding Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You will manage the daily operations of your team, ensuring they have the resources necessary to succeed, while alsomaintainingstrong relations with key clients and internal stakeholders.

Your Tasks

• Lead, hire, train and evaluate a team of Client Service Representatives, ensuring that they are motivated, recognized and coached to deliverhigh qualityservice.
• Develop andmaintainstrong communicationand working relationships with clients, acting as the liaison between client expectations and operational output to meet or exceed SLAs.
• Manage the operational reporting for each client, including data gathering for invoicing and forecasting monthly volumes.
• Establish andmaintainwell-coordinated internal relationships with key decision makers across the organization in various departments, ensuring alignment on client needs and business goals.
• Review Customer Statements of Work (SOWs),monitordaily activities to ensure SLAs are met, and review weekly scorecards to track performance.

Qualifications

• B.A. or B.S. degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum five years Customer Service Management/Account Management experience.
• Must be able to work indemanding, problem solving orientated environment.
• Must be assertive,analyticaland able toestablishpriorities.
• Customer Service Management/Account Management/Reverse Logistics experienceworking inaSupply Chainenvironment preferred.
• Advanced Excelskill preferred.
• Good working knowledge of SAP preferred.
• Stronganalyticalskills preferred.
