Job summary

Intown-Suites is seeking a senior leader to own the Revenue Strategy technology, BI, automation, and AI roadmap. You will translate commercial needs into detailed requirements, maintain a prioritized backlog, and partner with IT and external vendors to deliver scalable solutions.

The role focuses on implementing data-driven reporting, automated feeds, and decision-support tools to optimize revenue management and performance across the portfolio in a hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Translate revenue management and commercial needs into documented business requirements, process maps, user stories, business rules, data definitions, and acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the Revenue Strategy technology, BI, automation, and AI roadmap in partnership with leadership.
• Identify opportunities based on revenue impact, productivity, and risk; translate into documented requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain a prioritized backlog and coordinate milestones, dependencies, and resources with IT/Developers and vendors.
• Lead pilots, testing, rollout, and adoption of AI-enabled revenue tools and automated reporting.
