Job summary

First Hospitality is seeking a detail-oriented Analytics & Systems Specialist to support hotel pricing optimization, market share growth, and topline forecasting across its Chicago portfolio. The ideal candidate brings advanced Excel skills, strong analytics, and hospitality experience in revenue management.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in reporting, revenue management, or business analysis in hospitality.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, Power Query, OLAP).
• Familiarity with hotel revenue systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Excel-based reports and dashboards for pricing, forecasting, and performance tracking.
• Support monthly and annual forecasting by preparing and validating data inputs.
• Conduct audits on distribution, rate loading, and other revenue-impacting processes.
• Train new team members on tools, systems, and department processes.
• Develop and refine reporting methodologies and explore automation opportunities.
• Evaluate and implement AI tools to improve reporting efficiency and data accuracy.
