Intapp, headquartered in Palo Alto, California, seeks a Senior Director of Revenue Strategy, Planning and AI to own the operating plan, forecasting, territory and quota strategy, and AI adoption across a global Revenue org of 2,700+ firms.

You will build multi-year revenue models, design commission structures, establish forecasting methodologies, and present analyses to senior leadership and the board. Expertise in SQL, BI tools, and AI in high-growth SaaS is essential.

Qualificações

• Significant experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Strategic Finance within a high-growth SaaS company.
• Proven track record owning AOP, territory planning, quota methodology, forecasting strategy, and executive reviews.
• Experience designing AI transformation initiatives and scaling applied AI in GTM organizations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the annual operating planning process for the global Revenue organization, developing multi-year growth models and aligning objectives with go-to-market strategy.
• Own global territory strategy, quota planning, sales capacity planning, and forecasting governance across pipeline, bookings, revenue, renewals, and customer metrics.
• Design and evolve sales compensation structures with Sales Leadership, Finance, and HR to align seller behavior with growth objectives.
• Define and execute the Revenue Operations AI strategy to improve forecasting accuracy and decision-making across the field.
• Build and maintain analytical models, KPI dashboards, and executive reporting infrastructure for revenue performance.
