Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, real estate, or analytics.
• 5+ years of experience in revenue management, property management, or leasing and marketing, with student housing or multifamily experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel and BI/reporting tools proficiency (DOMO/Power BI).

Responsibilities

• Own revenue performance across a portfolio of student housing assets, aligning pricing, occupancy, and revenue strategies with financial/objectives.
• Develop and refine portfolio-level revenue, occupancy, and rate growth projections for proactive decision-making.
• Translate pricing, concession, and leasing execution plans from portfolio strategies to asset-level actions.
• Monitor occupancy trends, leasing pace, rate realization, and revenue per bed to guide tactical adjustments.
