ExplorUS is seeking a Revenue Manager to maximize lodging revenue and profitability across a diverse portfolio. This on-site, full-time role leads pricing, inventory, forecasting, and distribution strategy at our Overland Park corporate office.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in hotel revenue management, strong analytics, and experience with OTA channels and BI tools to drive direct bookings and optimize market performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in hotel revenue management or multi-property portfolio.
• Strong knowledge of ADR, occupancy, RevPAR and forecasting.
• Experience with OTA strategies and distribution channels.
• Proficient in Excel and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing and revenue strategy across properties.
• Manage inventory controls and yield optimization.
• Oversee OTA pricing, promotions, and distribution.
• Produce portfolio forecasts and performance analyses.
• Partner with General Managers to implement strategies.
