Job summary
PeakMade Real Estate is seeking a Sales and Revenue Manager to lead occupancy growth, revenue optimization, and leasing performance across a student housing community. Onsite leadership, data-driven strategy, and collaboration with property and regional teams are essential.
You will steer pricing, marketing, and renewals, coach the leasing team, monitor metrics, and present actionable insights to ownership.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in student housing, multifamily, hospitality, or high-volume sales.
- At least 1 year in leading or coaching a sales or leasing team.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding leasing, occupancy, renewal, or revenue targets.
- Strong knowledge of sales funnels, lead management, and conversion strategies.
- Experience presenting performance data and recommendations to leadership.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute leasing strategies aligned with occupancy, revenue, and renewal goals.
- Monitor leasing performance and implement recovery plans for underperforming areas.
- Lead pricing, concessions, revenue management, and market positioning.
