Jackson Walker, LLP is seeking a Director of Revenue to lead the firm’s end-to-end revenue cycle, including billing, AR, cash application, and collections. You will drive timeliness, accuracy, and client service while partnering with firm leadership to improve financial performance.

You will oversee billing and collections processes, set policies, and manage cross-functional teams across offices. The role requires strategic oversight, strong analytics, and a track record of process improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in accounting or finance.
• Minimum of 5 years leading billing, collections, or revenue operations.
• Strong knowledge of law-firm billing and electronic billing requirements.
• Ability to lead multiple offices and cross-functional teams.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
