Job summary

8am is seeking a Director, Order to Cash to own end-to-end revenue operations, billing, collections, and settlements. You will lead a team, partner with Sales, Success, Product, Engineering, and Risk, and drive automation and cash flow improvements.

The role requires 7+ years in billing/revenue operations, experience with ASC 606, and familiarity with Stripe, Workday, Zuora, or Salesforce. This is a hybrid Austin role with base pay this range.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading billing, collections, payment ops or revenue ops.
• Experience building and leading teams including managers.
• Own end-to-end operational processes at scale, not just day-to-day.
• ASC 606 revenue recognition exposure preferred across SaaS and payments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end billing, invoicing, collections and payment settlements for subscription and transaction revenue.
• Lead revenue operations and partner with Accounting on ASC 606.
• Build collections strategy to reduce aged receivables and improve recovery.
• Select and improve billing, collections, and payment tools; document processes.
