Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, finance, business, analytics, information systems, data science, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years in healthcare revenue cycle, analytics, BI, finance, or related field.
• 3+ years in leadership or people-management.

• Lead revenue cycle analytics function across ASC, hospital, market, division, and corporate leadership.
• Develop and governance for KPI definitions, calculation methodologies, data sources, and reporting logic.
• Translate business questions into clear reporting requirements and executive-ready dashboards.
• Perform root-cause, trend, segmentation, and opportunity analyses to identify performance improvements.
• Coach a team of analysts and coordinate with contractors and analytics vendors.
