Job summary

Boston Scientific seeks a highly motivated professional to join our Commercial Strategy & Excellence team in Marlborough, MA. You will develop and maintain digital enablement platforms supporting Finance, Marketing, Operations and the field sales organization.

You will deliver ad hoc analyses, create dashboards with Tableau/Power BI, collaborate across Sales Support, Marketing and IS, and translate data into actionable insights to drive decisions in a fast-paced medical device environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of experience with SQL, VBA or Python.
• 2+ years supporting commercial operations or similar.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, accurate and efficient analytical and operational support to internal teams.
• Deliver ad hoc analyses and reporting to support business needs and decision-making.
• Leverage reporting tools and technology to provide intuitive, actionable insights to the field sales organization.
• Develop and enhance reporting tools and technologies to support cross-functional business needs.
• Identify business opportunities by analyzing trends, performance metrics and relevant external data.
• Prepare customized business reviews that address market conditions, regional challenges and customer needs.
• Collaborate with the product owner team to develop new Salesforce functionality and support successful feature rollouts.
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative environment that encourages diverse perspectives and contributions.
• Apply project management skills to coordinate deliverables and ensure timely completion of initiatives.
• Participate in strategic projects that support divisional priorities and business objectives.
