Qualifications

• Four years of experience in performance analysis, business intelligence, revenue management, or a comparable analytical function.
• Experience automating analytical or reporting processes with measurable improvements in cycle time, accuracy, or capacity.
• Experience operating independently with minimal supervision and managing competing priorities across stakeholders.
• Hospitality industry knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own recurring performance reporting to deliver market share, revenue per available room, channel contribution, and segment mix analyses.
• Analyze performance at brand, region, and market levels to identify revenue opportunities and inform prioritization.
• Design and maintain automated reporting and analysis workflows using AI and automation tools.
• Measure and report the impact of revenue initiatives across relevant scopes and determine attribution.
• Advance the team's AI capability by evaluating tools and building reusable solutions.
• Translate analysis into a clear performance narrative for both working teams and senior leadership.
