Job summary

Choice Hotels International, Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst in Strategic Sourcing to provide analytical, reporting, and project coordination support for informed purchasing decisions and supplier negotiations.

You will develop reporting for leadership and apply AI tools to sourcing workflows, while serving as the process owner for IT purchase orders. Reporting to the Director of Strategic Sourcing, you will work with category leads and stakeholders to ensure efficient, accurate sourcing

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in business analysis or strategic sourcing.
• Experience supporting cross-functional teams is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain department reporting, dashboards, and scorecards.
• Coordinate input from stakeholders and develop clear presentations for leadership.
• Support RFP/RFI/RFQ processes with documentation and supplier scorecards.
• Lead negotiations for smaller-dollar agreements and support larger negotiations.
