Choice Hotels International is seeking a Revenue Intelligence Senior Analyst to deliver performance analysis and reporting across the Core brand portfolio, enabling data-driven revenue decisions for ~5,500 hotels. The role focuses on AI/automation, scalable workflows, and clear narratives for stakeholders, operating independently with minimal supervision.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in analytics, hospitality experience preferred, and excels in Excel, Tableau, SQL, and AI-enabled processes

Qualifications

• Four years of experience in performance analysis or a similar analytical function.
• Experience with large data sets and reconciling data from multiple sources.
• Experience automating analytical or reporting processes.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own recurring performance reporting and define metrics.
• Analyze performance at brand/region/market to identify opportunities.
• Design and maintain automated reporting workflows using AI.
• Measure impact of revenue initiatives and attribute results.
• Advance AI capability and build reusable solutions.
• Translate analysis into concise performance narratives.
