Job summary

RingCentral in Belmont, California, is seeking a Senior Analyst to join the Strategy & Business Operations team. You will own live financial and revenue analytics, building automated views of bookings, ARR, pipeline, and cost using Python and SQL, while supporting transformation programs with robust tracking.

The role requires 4+ years in strategy or analytics, strong Python/SQL skills, experience with Snowflake or BigQuery, and familiarity with AI tools.

Qualifications

4+ years in strategy, business ops, financial analysis, analytics, or consulting.
Proficiency in Python and SQL with cloud data warehouses.
Hands-on experience with AI coding tools and code review.
Solid grounding in subscription software financial and revenue metrics.
Exceptional written and verbal communication for executive briefs.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain live financial and GTM analytics (bookings, ARR, pipeline conversion, retention, and cost trends).
Automate recurring reporting cycles to eliminate manual refreshes.
Support transformation programs by setting baselines, tracking targets, and flagging risks.
Analyze large datasets using Python, SQL, and cloud data warehouses (Snowflake/BigQuery); document methods for reproducibility.
Align with Finance, Revenue Ops, and Sales leadership on metric definitions.
Present actionable findings to senior leadership, including VPs and the C-suite.
