Job summary

RingCentral is seeking a Senior Analyst to join our Strategy & Business Operations team in Belmont, CA. You will build automated analytics pipelines and customer journey dashboards to inform pricing and packaging decisions.

You will collaborate with Product, Finance, Sales, and Customer Success, translate complex data into executive recommendations, and own end-to-end analytics while presenting findings to senior leaders including the VP and C-suite.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in strategy, business operations, analytics, or management consulting.
• Hands-on experience with Python (e.g., pandas), SQL, and cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery) to build, test, and maintain automated data pipelines and tools.
• Proficiency leveraging and reviewing AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot).
• Strong communication skills to translate complex data into concise executive recommendations.
• Ability to work in-office in Belmont, CA four days a week.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain live customer journey analytics and Voice of Customer products that combine product usage, support, survey, and CRM data.
• Support pricing and packaging decisions with analysis of plan mix, discounting, and customer behavior, and turn the results into clear recommendations for executives.
• Replace manual data pulls and slide-based reporting with automated pipelines and tools.
• Analyze large datasets with Python and SQL, and document your methods so others can reuse and check them.
• Work with Product, Finance, Sales, and Customer Success to define metrics and keep them consistent across teams.
• Present findings to senior leaders, including the VP and C-suite.
