Job summary

RingCentral is seeking a Senior Analyst to join the Strategy & Business Operations team in an in-office role. You will own live financial and revenue analytics, building automated views of bookings, revenue, pipeline, and cost using Python and AI tooling, while supporting transformation programs with robust tracking.

You will collaborate with Finance, Revenue Ops, and Sales leadership to align metric definitions and present insights to senior leaders, including the C-suite, four days a week in

Qualifications

• 4+ years in strategy, ops, financial analytics, or consulting.
• Proficiency in Python for building tools and automation.
• Advanced SQL and cloud data warehouses (Snowflake/BigQuery).
• Experience with AI coding tools and code-review judgement.
• Solid grounding in subscription software financial and revenue metrics.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain live financial and GTM analytics (bookings, ARR, pipeline, cost).
• Automate recurring reporting cycles to eliminate manual refreshes.
• Support transformation programs by setting baselines, tracking targets, and flagging risks.
• Analyze large datasets using Python, SQL, and cloud data warehouses; document methods for reproducibility.
• Align with Finance, Revenue Ops, and Sales leadership on metric definitions.
• Present actionable findings to senior leadership, including VPs and the C-suite.
